Booking Your Session
Reach out to us through the contact form, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours. Please include your preferred date and desired photoshoot style. We also ask that you provide your phone number and the best time to reach you for a brief discovery call.
During the call, we’ll talk about your vision and goals, answer your questions, and make sure the experience is tailored to you. If you decide to move forward, your $1,390 Session Investment is collected to reserve your session.
Session Investment: $1,390
Your Session Investment includes a $390 Studio Fee and a $1,000 Portrait Credit to use toward your preferred collection, digital images, Fine Art prints, albums, or wall art.
The Studio Fee includes:
• Discovery call and session planning
• Reservation of your session date
• Pre-session styling consultation
• Custom Fine Art photoshoot at our San Jose studio or a location of your choice
• Session time tailored to your vision, from approximately 30 minutes to 2 hours
• Private portrait reveal & ordering appointment
• 3-month access to your private online gallery
Your $1,000 Portrait Credit is applied toward the images and artwork you select at your ordering appointment.
Our Process
Discovery call
We begin with a brief call to talk about your vision, answer any questions, and make sure we’re a good fit. If you decide to move forward, we’ll choose the perfect dates for your pre-session styling consultation and photoshoot. Your session is confirmed and added to the calendar once payment is received.
Pre-session styling consultation
A personal styling consultation, held via phone call or Zoom, to plan the vision for your session. Together, we choose the concept, makeup, hair, style, and perfect attire for your portraits. No shopping is required. However, if you choose to shop for your session, I will guide you in selecting the right pieces to match the desired style.
Custom Fine Art Portrait Session
Your session includes multiple looks and setups tailored to you. Fine art sessions can take place in the studio or, when the setting suits the fine art theme, in the comfort of your home.
Portrait Reveal & Ordering
A private reveal and ordering appointment, held via Zoom or in the comfort of your home. During this appointment, I’ll guide you through your portraits, help you select your favorite digital images, and explore options for heirloom wall art, albums, and custom pieces designed for your home.
