This is a Lifestyle Blog. Here I share thoughts, reflections, and stories related to my journey of self-healing and self-discovery. As well as observations and findings related to human psychology, connection to nature and trauma healing.
Bioregionalism: Connection to Earth
I always build special connections to places I visit. And if not for the term bioregionalism, then perhaps it would be hard to explain what it all means. I learned this term during my studies at university, which supports both science and spirituality, two worlds that are within me. Through this term, I learned that places have special qualities and information about them. Bioregionalism doesn't only mean spiritual connection building with the place you are living in, but also involves understanding and appreciating the unique characteristics, ecosystems, and resources of the region, as well as fostering a sense of place-based identity.
Shaping your own normal
More than anything in the world, I like to leave where I’ve been for something new. That relates to the previous version of me, relationships with people, the place I live, and the things I do. That’s who I am. I’m always hungry for something new, something interesting to learn, to try, to experience, to see, to taste. Life for me is a playground where I get to experiment, have fun, taste things, meet people, and have experiences.
I tried not to live this way for a few years. I was afraid I am not normal…Very quickly, that life made me bitter, but also physically and emotionally ill.
Benefits and Hardships of Living the life of your Authentic Self
I think that on my Instagram, I share a lot of advantages of being your true authentic self. Connecting to the person you are deep inside can help you figure out your life alignment in lifestyle, creative self-expression, and purpose-driven career. But today, for the first time, I want to talk about and share some thoughts on the topic of following your authentic self and the hardships that sometimes come with that.
Healing power of Art, Purpose, and Creative Self-Expression
Beauty. I live for it. Creating beauty through beautiful visuals, expressing beautiful feelings through words, and helping beautiful souls to self-express their inner beauty—is my purpose. It is also my method…. I grew up in rural places by the Ural Mountains. The streets and the city haven’t been renovated since they were built in the 80s, probably.
Exploring the Parallel Universe
Will you believe me if I tell you that parallel universes exist? I believe they do - inside our own heads. Each decision we make or don't make leads us to our life unfolding in a certain way. Somehow - I don’t know how - but I think that even if at some point we choose not to perceive living our full potential, expressing ourselves, and pursuing our dreams…
Just another day of listening to my body.
For some reason, I felt more tired and collapsed today than usual, and I cannot even imagine how would I deal with it if I didn’t I know nothing about myself, my body, or how to manage my nervous system. But I do know luckily.
The Ultimate Tool for Survivor’s Resilience and Self-Growth.
Not everyone knows the struggle that a traumatized person is going through, recovering after years of narcissistic abuse, whether parental or in personal relationships, or recovering after traumatic incidents or "everything everywhere all at once." People see the top of the iceberg. They may judge – why haven’t you still finished your education, found a job, or made career progress?
Path to Individualization: Two Key Insights You Need To Know
To be unique and stand out from the crowd is the greatest bravery one can show. Why? Even though it sounds very simple, it can be a scary thing to do. After all, people are social creatures, and it is imprinted in our DNA that survival is only guaranteed if you are part of the herd. So, we must be like everyone else, live in the same socially approved way. But times change. We are entering the era of individualization.
The Art of Soul Listening: Discovering Your Direction
What do you believe in? Do you believe in astrology or numerology? I will tell you that I am still rather skeptical… however, it is astrology that I owe such enthusiasm and productivity in 2023. You see, what I believe in is that we have an internal path compass that guides us on our life path. And sometimes when we are not clear, it is hard to figure out where our next step leads us. In moments like this, I personally believe in the “sign system.”
Resilience: The Ultimate Path to Success
An individual can only become successful by trying until they succeed, on the other hand, unsuccessful people give up their attempts. That's the only difference, really. For example, the product or service you advertise and try to get people to invest in may not be good enough for them. Is that the end of the story? For a person who chooses to give up, it is. A successful person, on the other hand, will keep on trying.
Discovering Your How.
I believed that I would never complete my educational degree. I tried before, and it just never worked out. The first time, it wasn't really my fault - I had to make a decision of a lifetime and prioritize immigration and "lose a small war, but win the big one." Although, now that I think about it looking back, the major wasn't quite right, and I can see the influence of my family on my career decisions.
